Where the customer purchases hair cosmetics offered on this website, this mutual agreement shall be deemed a Distance Contract and will be subject to legal norms governing distance contracts, including but not limited to Directive No. 97/7/EEC of the European Parliament and of the Councilon the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, Cabinet Regulation of the Republic of Latvian on Distance Contracts.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
After placing the order you will get an electronically generated invoice containing bank details to your email to make a direct bank transfer to pay for the goods.
Delivery is provided by Internation Post. Delivery takes 1-4 weeks.
Orders normally are dispatched within one working day.
Laura Lieknina is not required to inform customers of any additional duties and taxes applied upon delivery of the shipment and is not required to refund such costs to the customer.
RETURNS
Returns should be made within 14 days after the delivery of your shipment. The product should have to be intact and unopened. The customer covers the return shipping costs.
